An engineer who learned trust from banking, and took it outdoors.
In 2010 Raphael founded Hashtag AI Labs, an AI engineering lab whose work now runs for companies from Rio Tinto to BMW. Alongside it he spent more than twelve years building financial ledgers where nothing could be lost. Today he also leads the technology at SensusAir and Sentinel AI, two companies that measure the air in clinics and the dust on mine roads, and he takes that story to healthcare, mining and technology audiences.
What banks know about trust, applied to the planet.
Every reading becomes an entry: time-stamped, placed in context, never overwritten. It's how a bank reconciles millions of transactions, and how Raphael's companies make dust and air data stand up to a regulator.
Three worlds, one discipline
Each venture started with a risk nobody was measuring properly.

When Air Becomes Data
From transactions to breaths: what hospitals gain when air is recorded like money, and AI flags risk before anyone falls ill.
